Process & quality

From log to loaded container, under one roof.

Every stage of production happens in our own facility, with a quality check before work moves on. That is how piece one thousand matches the sample you approved.

Stage 01

Timber sourcing

We buy logs and sawn timber only from [licensed / certified] suppliers. Every lot is logged on arrival so any finished piece can be traced back to its source.

Stage 02

Seasoning & kiln drying

Timber is air-seasoned, then kiln dried to [__–__]% moisture content, so furniture stays stable when it reaches drier homes in the US and Europe.

  • Conditioning before machining
Stage 03

Machining

Precision cutting, planing and profiling on [CNC and conventional] machinery, set up from approved drawings and jigs for repeatable parts.

  • Jigs and templates held for repeat orders
Stage 04

Joinery & assembly

Skilled carpenters assemble each piece using [mortise-and-tenon, dowel and dovetail] joints, reinforced where the design needs it.

  • Hardware fitted and function-tested
Stage 05

Finishing

Hand sanding followed by staining and lacquering in a [dust-controlled] finishing area. Every finish is matched to the master sample you approved.

Stage 06

Final inspection

Finished goods are inspected against your specification using AQL sampling. Third-party inspectors are always welcome.
